When Jennifer Skopp visited Paris, she took a high speed train to Strasbourg, which is a charming city in France.

Strasbourg is wonderful city for walking because many streets are closed to traffic. On one of these pedestrian walks, Jennifer spotted a hat shop or “Chapellerie.”

The outside of the store was made of wood and was painted a rich, dark red. Jennifer’s trip was in October, so winter hats were on display. Behind the hats in the large window was a backdrop of bamboo that appeared gray with a black background. This made the brightly colored hats and accessories stand out even more.
